To ensure your data is consistent and up-to-date across the ServiceNow Configuration Management Database (CMDB) and linked applications, Boomi Master Data Hub acts as a data steward. Having this level of data governance in place reduces errors and reduces risk, allowing the CMDB to be used with confidence as a single source of the truth.
