SuiteWorld Highlights Integration Successes for NetSuite Customers

With a theme around growth and innovation, NetSuite’s annual SuiteWorld conference attracted record attendance — close to 10,000 NetSuite customers, partners and developers convened April 1-4 in Las Vegas.

From the many conversations taking place at this preeminent technology conference, one thing became clear: Integration is essential to helping organizations make the most of their NetSuite investments.

At the Dell Boomi booth in the SuiteWorld Expo, we had well over 2,000 visitors stop by to learn more about how Boomi provides fast, agile connectivity between NetSuite and other best-of-breed applications.

And we had many discussions about how Boomi's unified platform expands the definition of integration to unify digital ecosystems. Organizations are looking to Boomi for workflow automation developmentmaster data qualityAPI management and B2B/EDI transactions.

Along with integration, customers are using or exploring those capabilities to open new revenue streams, create new business models, reduce operational and IT costs, and better serve customers.

New Boomi Accelerator for NetSuite SuiteSuccess

Another mutual NetSuite-Boomi customer, LOUD Audio, joined Dhaliwal and NetSuite executive Jason Maynard in a keynote to discuss success with NetSuite and Boomi using NetSuite’s SuiteSuccess customer engagement methodology. You can watch the exchange starting at 36:00 in this keynote video.

As Maynard noted, Boomi, a NetSuite partner for more than 11 years, was among the first NetSuite software partners to embrace SuiteSuccess, which packages industry-specific best practices into a software and services bundle.

Boomi’s SuiteSuccess partnership is reflected in offerings such as the Boomi NetSuite and Shopify Integration Accelerator, which was unveiled at SuiteWorld. Designed to help merchants jump-start ecommerce, the new accelerator streamlines integration between these two key systems. 

"Customers are able, right out of the box, to bi-directionally sync orders, invoices and billing to drive more agility into the process and serve their customers,” Dhaliwal said during the keynote.

The accelerator also exchanges inventory and product catalog data to keep NetSuite and Shopify in sync, with flexibility for any “last mile” customizations businesses might need.

The NetSuite-Shopify software and services bundle is the first in a series of Boomi solution accelerators that follow NetSuite's SuiteSuccess methodology, helping customers take advantage of best practices and deep domain knowledge within SuiteSuccess offerings.

“Organizations have long trusted Boomi to connect applications, data and people,” Maynard said. “The combination of SuiteSuccess and Boomi’s powerful integration platform helps our mutual customers grow, scale and adapt to change by reducing IT complexity.”

SuiteWorld wasn’t all about IT systems and business strategy. Attendees also enjoyed star-studded entertainment with NBA legend Shaquille O’Neal and comedian Jason Sudeikis, along with festive after-hours networking and the popular GloFest party to wrap up the event.
