Boomi CEO Update to Customers

I hope you are well.

A few months ago that might have been a casual line, but today the connotations are much greater. I hope you and your loved ones are healthy. 

It’s been a couple of weeks since I last reached out, and many of you have asked us to share further information about how Boomi is approaching business at this time. 

All Boomi employees continue to work from home and will do so for the foreseeable future. I have been hearing heart warming stories from our employees about teammates helping other colleagues’ kids with school work via Zoom while they met an important deadline. And yesterday I heard that one of our Boomi employee’s kids was reading a story to their teammate’s younger children.

I am humbled to hear you, our customers, share stories about how you are relying on the Boomi Platform during these unprecedented times. One of the founding principles of Boomi’s culture is our focus on putting you first. That relentless commitment to your success is unwavering. I’ll leave you with a quote that was shared with me earlier this week from the head of our Australia, Asia-Pacific region, which really resonated. He said, “The greatest views can be seen after the hardest climbs.”
